As programmers/designers, we need to focus on a single task for a specific amount of time until we get it and move to the next. The tinies interruption could complicate things, create an unintended bug, or you might even forget what you are working on.
So what is Pomodoro technique, it is a way of slicing up your time into blocks for a specific task, then take a break and then continue.
